1. People are people, not numbers

4. They may be running a better system than you, but it could be way better by being different. Being different is better than being the best

Example: I’d rather have the phone with the blue messages than the green, because I can send high-quality e, y, or z, for only a slightly higher price

People often don’t know what they want, they have biological needs, but don’t know what they want, people want to be persuaded, but not sold to 

7. Tell people their problem in a way that helps – never scare. Always be positive. Present that problem by showing what good looks like
